Before joining the Sristi Service network, every contractor must pass our detailed verification process.
Vetting Milestones
Our vetting process includes 4 main checkpoints:
1. Credentials Check
Verification of corporate registries, trade permits, and local licenses with state agencies.
2. Insurance & Bond Audit
Verification of general liability insurance ($1M minimum coverage) and workers compensation policies.
3. Background Checks
Screening of principal owners for historical regulatory actions or financial anomalies.
4. Quality Standards Audit
Periodic checks of response timelines, service ratings, and pricing transparency.
Ongoing Quality Control
Screening is not a one-time process. We verify license statuses monthly and monitor reviews constantly. If a contractor drops below our benchmark standards, their partnership is immediately suspended.
