At Sristi Service, we hold our partner contractors to strict guidelines to protect homeowners.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Partner contractors must adhere to strict SLAs regarding communication and delivery:
- Initial Contact: Partner must reach out to matched customer leads within 15 minutes of routing.
- Upfront Quotes: No services may be performed before delivering a detailed, written price estimate to the customer.
- Respect & Protection: Contractors must wear safety gear, protect surrounding flooring, and clean the work area thoroughly after completion.
Safety & Compliance
Contractors must execute all work in full compliance with local municipal codes and national regulations. We do not tolerate code cutting, permit avoidance, or unsafe practices. Violation of safety codes results in immediate termination from our network.
