You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting service requests, matching requests, or partner applications. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests.

3. Limitation of Liability

Because the home services are provided by independent local contractors, Sristi Service is not responsible or liable for any work performed, damages, injuries, delays, or pricing disputes arising between you and the matched contractor.

While we vet contractors in our network (checking licenses and basic credentials), we encourage all users to verify licensing, insurance coverage, and read local reviews before hiring or permitting work to begin.

4. SMS Communications

If you submit your mobile phone number to request a quote or scheduling information via SMS, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Sristi Service or matched partner contractors. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
